Crystal bow - not doing -1 when hitting 0 #159

Describe how the bug happened If you hit a 0 with the crystal bow, it doesn't show up as if you used up a charge, when in fact it does use a charge. I did this on lizardman shamans btw, don't know if it only happens there.

Expected behavior Use a charge for hitting 0s with crystal bow.
