Can `conflicts` tags be added to all the "Improved" plugins? #161

I realized today that I had the core and "Improved" versions of the plugins enabled and disabled all the core ones. But then I remembered that the Tithe Farm Improved plugin already does this. Can this functionality be added to all the others as well?

Probably, not entirely sure. There might be occasions, where you use both of them. For example original charges plugin might have something in it that I don't have added and vice versa. Or for example in MLM you want to see progress circles from my plugin but the custom widget from the original plugin.

It will be currently added only to MLM plugin, will have to see if someone will be mad about it or not. Can add some other plugins down the road at some point. Most worried about charges plugin tho.
