[Motherlode Mine Improved] Ore Depletion Timer Improvement - Tick Up When No Mining #201

Describe how the bug happened

There's an undocumented mechanic (that I can find) in MLM where ore vein despawn timers tick back up to full when not being mined by any players.

This is the same as the forestry mechanic for trees. A plug-in "Tree Despawn Timer" accounts for this with trees, and it's really convenient.

Request is that the Motherlode Mine Improved vein timer on this plug in ticks up when there is no one mining.

Expected behavior

Ore vein timers start ticking up when no players are mining them.

The Tree Despawn Timer plug-in has this feature. When trees are not being chopped, the despawn timer starts increasing (instead of decreasing while being chopped). https://github.com/CreativeTechGuy/tree-despawn-timer

P.S. Thank you for this plug-in. It's one of the most convenient plug ins on RuneLite, and has really increased my enjoyment of the game. Well done!

Glad that you like this plugin, without it I would not have been able to complete everything i needed from MLM without turning my brain off :joy:

I might be delusional, but it looks like this is no longer the case where ore veins not being mined are regenerating? Looks like they have silently removed it, dunno... Can you check?

So neither of us is crazy lol. This suggestion only impacts the upper level ore veins you pay to unlock. The lower level veins are spot on with this plug in; lower veins don't replenish when not mined.

Upper level testing:

Mine ore vein for 40 seconds, and stop mining before ore depletes/despawns (Plugin Circular Timer will be empty) Mine a different vein 40 seconds Mine that first ore vein again - it will last for another whole ~40 seconds (Though Plugin Circular Timer have stayed empty)

For me it didn't even regenerate in upper level, but i am not sure, maybe it depends if you mine or just afk next to it... I will try to test for more then i guess.
