File converter stopped appearing in the context menu

File explorer stopped appearing in the context menu right after I converted a bunch on videos to mp4. I've tried reinstalling and repairing multiple time to no avail.

Any insight appreciated.

Same issue here with the last version, installed it from installer or chocolatey and same issue :/

I solved this issue by uninstalling the app with revo uninstaller, which also removes all the registry entries made when installing, then reinstalling. Maybe this helps?

Not working any version from 2.0 to latest, i did uninstall with REVO, clean install every time and nothing make appear the context menu option, the only one version that works on Win 11 is v1.2.3

For me worked unistalling with REVO and then installing the 2.0.2 version, but I'm using Windows 7. Ah veo que sos de México jaja así que te hablo en castellana mejor que tb es mi idioma: ¿hiciste la instalación ejecutando el .msi como Administrador? Creo que eso es clave, a mí no me funcionaba y me había olvidado de esa cuestión y al instalarlo así finalmente anduvió. No sé cómo es la cosa con W11 pero en 7 para poder ejecutar un .msi como Admin ejecuté el cmd (como Admin, claro) y desde ahí abrí el .msi y listo. Fijate si no has probado ya de esa manera.

Hola, jaja si tambien hablo Spanish, si mira intenté todas las versiones posteriores a la v 1.2.3 pero ninguna me dejo, estoy en win11 64x ultima compilación, pero no aparece el menu contextual, ya hice y probe con revo, con CCleanear para eliminar cualquier registro, pero nop, igual se me ocurrio ejecutar como admin, pero como se trata de un .MSI este no permite ejecutar como administrador, solo te permite ejecutarlo asi normalito.

Ahh no habia leido lo de probar correr desde CMD, intentaré lanzar como super admin y desde consola correr, ya te cuento si jala porque desde en explorador con clic derecho sobre el .MSI no da opciones para ejecutar como Admin en win 11.

Checo esto desde CMD y comento si va... gracias por el tip (intento 100001) XD

Pues ya intente desde CMD, con PowerShell ejecutados como administrador e incluso con el siguiente comando: Start-Process msiexec.exe -Wait -ArgumentList '/i "ruta_del_archivo.msi" /quiet /norestart' y sigue sin aparecer el menu contextual, no funciona, mi duda es porque el desarrollador no verifica, todo mundo con win 11 no le funciona, como es que la versión 1.2.3 funciona sin problemas.... Ni modo regreso a la version 1.2.3 que si jala.

Having the same issue. It started with just .jfif files but after installing 2.0.2 now it's just not appearing at all. Only fixed it by switching back to the 2017 version but that still doesn't fix the lack of compatibility with .jifif files.

I'm having the same issue. I used Revo Uninstaller Pro to uninstall and then reinstalled it, but the context menu still doesn't appear. It worked fine with the previous version. I'm on Windows 10 (x64).

It's not use. I don't know what's the problem is, i do hope someday they let me at least using their software without right click context since it bugging 4ever now.
