File Converter menu not available in OneDrive-synced folders #485

Describe the bug If you have a folder synced to OneDrive, the FileConverter menu is not available when right-clicking files in that folder.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Install OneDrive and sync some folders
  2. Put files that are compatible with FileConverter in those folders
  3. Right-click those files
  4. The FileConverter menu is not there

Expected behavior The FileConverter menu should be available in OneDrive-synced folders
