The application should display the following information:

• Current Date
• Current Time
• Resting Heart Rate (RHR)
• Anaerobic Threshold (AT) as defined by RHR + 15 beats
• Current heart rate

Features:

• Heart Rate Alarm
• Heart Rate Zones

The application should have an alarm that goes off whenever the user’s heart rate is 15 beats above RHR.

The application should keep track of the current heart rate zone the user is in. There should be 5 heart rate zones:

• Blue is < RHR to RHR + 5 bpm
• Green is RHR + 6 bpm to RHR + 10 bpm
• Yellow is RHR + 11 bpm to RHR + 15 bpm
• Orange is RHR + 16 bpm to RHR + 20 bpm
• Red is RHR + 21 bpm upwards
