Fix version file URLs #17

The GITHUB.USERNAME, URL, and DOWNLOAD properties are missing a hyphen. In the case of URL, this means KSP-AVC and CKAN won't be able to find the online version file to get post-release updates of the compatibility info or check for new versions.
