Change Log:

Add the charring resource feature (conversion of the ablator resource into another via heat). Courtesy of @PhineasFreak.
Fix the Center of Lift (CoL) calculations to take into account the lift of the heat shield (avoid unstable vessels upon atmospheric interface). Courtesy of @Tidal-Stream.
Add a decoupler module to stage the heat shield when required. Courtesy of @Tidal-Stream.
