revert/undo functionality #1036

It would be nice if TiddlySpace('s non-TiddlyWiki UI) provided a button to revert the most recent change.

@cdent suggests this could be an independent widget.

Given the decision to focus on tsbar as a unifying (and default) piece of ui furniture, seems we'll want at least an interface onto that functionality to be present with the bar. As part of a suite of members only tiddler manipulation widgets.
