Fix the drag and drop in the WikiList tiddler #265

This PR add the missing attribute tag="wikilist" in the macro list-tagged-draggable of the tiddler WikiList, re-enabling drag and drop

Thanks @Telumire – it would probably be worth making another release in the next week or two. Do have any other fixes/improvements in mind that you'd be able to make PRs for? It might perhaps be good if we added a setting to control dark mode for the backstage wiki, as per the recent conversation on the forum.
