As reported on talk.tiddlywiki.org, attempting to access a TiddlyWiki file with a # character in the pathname does not work as expected.

In particular, dragging the file to the wiki list window works, and correctly registers the file:
But attempts to open the file fail:
Not that the "reveal" button does work, and correctly opens a Finder window with the file highlighted.
