Enabling the GitHub wiki on Jermolene/TiddlyWiki5 #3694

As a beginner involved in making changes to tiddlywiki.com Documentation, I could easily write down the steps I use, as guidance for how to add/modify documentation tidddlers. I thought perhaps the Wiki on this project page would be the right place for that.

Enabling the Wiki is I think as simple as ticking the option here: https://github.com/Jermolene/TiddlyWiki5/settings

Attaching the same file for future reference. Strange that GitHub does not allow us to upload a Mark Down ( .md ) file. The attached text file is a .md file. CONTRIBUTING.txt
