[IDEA] Clarify setting of tool appearances

Regarding Controlpanel > Appearance > Toolbars:

For the various toolbars, it's inconsistent and overall unclear what unchecking an item means:

• view toolbar - unchecking means putting under the more button
• edit toolbar - unchecking means the button disappears (!?)
• editor toolbar - unchecking means putting under the more button but this button is hidden in the plethora of tools
• page toolbar - unchecking means putting it under the Tools tab... except that the checked items also persist to appear there

Given that we now have good DnD functionality, I propose using something like in the illustration which, once they're informed that it is DnD, is self explanatory.

Thus, checkboxes are removed all together - possibly excepting the tools that should fully appear/disappear:

A further idea:

It is very difficult to access the tiddler for a tool because 'what is the title of the tiddler'? And you can't search for the "description" because it is a lingo translation. Accessing the tools are useful for hacking e.g creating your own toolbar items.

So, I further request that each icon or perhaps it's caption is a link to the tools tiddler. The advantage of using the icon as the link, instead of the caption, is that you're is less likely to click it by mistake when DnD'ing.
