[IDEA] Group child-plugins under parent, like in the plugin-library

In the Ctrlpanel plugin list, I would like for child-plugins to be grouped under their parent, like they are in the plugin library. I would like this because:

• currently the children pollute the plugin listing. A "child plugin" is typically(?) a smaller feature for a bigger context (the parent) so it is not quite relvant at the topmost plugin list level, and it is particularly polluting if there are many children.
• the current plugin list is flat and alphabetically sorted by the name field - so, to be positioned correctly, the children must follow a strict naming regimen (note the parent prefix in images below). Using a "children dropdown", like in the library, would mitigate this.

I would like for the same mechanism that is used in the plugin library to also be used in the plugin list. Example:

Hi @twMat I agree that would make a lot of sense. I think there may have been a reason that I didn't group sub-plugins in the first place, but I don't recall. It was certainly a long time ago and so well worth revisiting.
