Mobile drag+drop shim seems not to work #270

I installed the official [[Mobile Drag And Drop Shim Plugin]] and expected to be able to re-order the story river by dragging links in the "Open" tab in the sidebar, but the behaviour seems unchanged to before (without the plugin). Tapping, holding then dragging over a link only scrolls the page

Hi, is this an issue of TiddlyWiki5? If so, please open it in its repo and close here
