[request] Add the internal js (tiddlywikicore-x.x.x.js) available as a standalone js file on the repo + making it available on a CDN #277

Tiddlywiki with external javascript is much lighter and having access to the file from a CDN would be great.

Maybe an issue could be made to the cdnjs repo to add it to their libraries ?
