Update Tiddlyspot to Tiddlyhost #296

Replace mentions of Tiddlyspot with its replacement, Tiddlyhost and update some related text. Also remove one broken image for TiddlySpace.

I wasn't able to build the whole site, but this has a preview of the updated tiddlers.

@simonbaird thanks for the suggestions! I've changed the fork base (please always do PRs against dev, not master) and left a couple of comments, please amend those bits if you're ok with them
