making export-tiddler work #8

the download messages don't work out-of-the box in the webview

It'll need some reseach to make them work I'll use this issue to gather resources for it

this is a bit tricky because the exports are blobs - the android downloadmanager works with http/https requests

there's an approach through the javascript interface
