Polish translation of TiddlyWiki 2.6.0 #1

I have prepared full polish translation of version 2.6.0 of TiddlyWiki.

Basic changes are in locale.pl.js. I also translated GettingStarted.tiddler and SzybkiStart.tiddler but probably they are not neccessary - locales/core/pl/empty.pl.html.recipe that you added at January 17 do not needs them.

The problem is only that locale.pl.js has commented out TranslatedGettingStarted entry (line 478 at my version). Has my translation of GettingStarted.tiddler be moved to locale.pl.js as TranslatedGettingStarted?

I've merged the translated version of GettingStarted.tiddler (SzybkiStart.tiddler) into locale.pl.js. (So I've answered ziemiowid's question by making the change required.)
