batch processing multiple files step not picking up files in directory #80

Hi! Thank you so much for creating this very useful tracker! I have been using it for about 1 month now and all has been working smoothly however when I tried to process more videos in the "Batch Processing Multiple Files" step after setting the parameters, as I normally do, it is not sensing that there are files in the directory that I am assigning it. I have changed nothing about what I'm doing so I'm not sure what changed. I have attached an image of what the Analysis Progress looks like, it should say that there is "1 total file to be processed". I would really appreciate your help with this!

Hi @wormtracks, sorry for the delay, I was trying to think what could be the issue, but this is the first report of this kind.

Could you give me some more information? i.e. what operating system are you using, whether you installed with docker (I think so), and if you can see the .mov files if you step into the raw video folder when you use the file explorer that opens when you click on the "original videos dir" button in the gui. Also, is the folder you want to analyse local to your machine, or on a remote network share?

Same issue here! using macOS Monterey 12.6.3 on a iMac retina 5K 27-inch 2019. The folder is local and no I can't see the videos when I click on the original videos dir but I think it is because it only visualizes the folders.

It was a very stupid thing, I didn't change the default file pattern to include. My bad!
