Stop renaming directories while downloading/unpacking #4

See #3. The files should be extracted in the right named folder instead of renaming a folder. As the latter approach will generate permission errors when background processes are scanning files in those directories.

This applies to all downloads; Lua 51, 52, 53, LuaRocks and LuaWinMake
