support accents in the metadata file #54

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a txt file and add a word with accented character.
2. Make this file read by Edcast as External Metadata file.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
You can see some charaters as "féfé" or we're looking for something like
"féfé" :/

Edcast Standalone 3.33.2011.1026 on windows 7 64 bits

Have you got an idea ?!

Is this an issue with edcast, or the server? Not sure where you "see" the
incorrect string

I don't know if it's an edcast issue..

I tried to install the last version, 3.37.2011.1214 but I have the same problem.

Then, I tried the steps I gave you and it works, the accents appears in edcast!

So, there is two possibilities:

- the program which generate the file (now_playing.txt) for the metadata writes
incorect format of accents.

- I can't open this file (now_playing.txt) over the local network (because
edcast and this software, RadioDJ, aren't on the same computer)

What do you think?! Thanks :D
