Enhacement - keep last position #59

Hi, I am using the last beta 3.37 and I saw a problem that when you finish the 
program - as you restart it, the program (main window)never keeps the last 
position - also happens in old versions that I used (I am using Windows XP 
SP3). Also will be useful some comestics as redimension the main program window 
- thanks for the attention.
