Documentation Issues #153

First of all, the new phinglike/antlike docs are very useful. Thanks for
that. Now the issues:

Site: Setting-Up Xinc
Minor: The last entry with "PhpDocumentor 1.3.0RC3+" is a duplicate.

Site: Setting-Up Xinc
Normal: For me as linux newbie it has taken time until I realized that
"Including ... in main config / in Apache2" is a XOR choice. As I said I'm
a newbie but it could be a bit more explicit, perhaps like before/after
that with the "-OR-".

Site: Setting-Up Xinc
Normal: Where is the ini file placed? And where can I call xinc-settings?
Perhaps I missed something in the docs or is this windows-only feature?!

Site: Setting-Up Xinc
Minor: "-OR- $ service xinc start" => for skimming the page a written word
such as Windows would make it easier and faster to get the point. And also
for people who don't know the "service xxx start|stop"-syntax from Windows.

Site: Getting started
Normal: Perhaps you could remark, that ${projectdir} is a _Built-In
Property_ (Link) up-front. Avoids a little question mark cause Phing itself
uses ${project.basedir} ...

That's all ... for now! ;)
Looks promising - I'm looking forward to use the plug-in mechanism.
