2 projects with different modified PHP_CLASSPATH overlaps #210

I've Xinc running with 2 distinct projects. Each of them needs to have the env 
PHP_CLASSPATH 
modified to run unit tests.

Everytime Xinc runs the second project, it seems that it's merging both 
projects PHP_CLASSPATH
which, indeed, make my tests fail since it's taking everything in the projects 
directory at once. 

I'm running Xinc version 2.0.0b196 with Phing version 2.3.3 on a Debian Lenny 
with PHP 5.2.6-
1+lenny6 and Zend Engine v2.2.0.
