I have the impression that you do not seem to know how Inno Setup works
because you create 2 different installers so it is possible to create a single multi-architecture installer
here is an example based on the basic example code of inno setup
original code only for the 32 bit version
; Script generated by the Inno Script Studio Wizard. ; SEE THE DOCUMENTATION FOR DETAILS ON CREATING INNO SETUP SCRIPT FILES! #define MyAppName "My Program" #define MyAppVersion "1.5" #define MyAppPublisher "My Company, Inc." #define MyAppURL "http://www.example.com/" #define MyAppExeName "MyProg.exe" [Setup] ; NOTE: The value of AppId uniquely identifies this application. ; Do not use the same AppId value in installers for other applications. ; (To generate a new GUID, click Tools | Generate GUID inside the IDE.) AppId={{838939C8-BFF5-46C2-9D1E-DF44FE736541} AppName={#MyAppName} AppVersion={#MyAppVersion} ;AppVerName={#MyAppName} {#MyAppVersion} AppPublisher={#MyAppPublisher} AppPublisherURL={#MyAppURL} AppSupportURL={#MyAppURL} AppUpdatesURL={#MyAppURL} DefaultDirName={pf}\{#MyAppName} DefaultGroupName={#MyAppName} OutputBaseFilename=setup Compression=lzma SolidCompression=yes [Languages] Name: "english"; MessagesFile: "compiler:Default.isl" [Tasks] Name: "desktopicon"; Description: "{cm:CreateDesktopIcon}"; GroupDescription: "{cm:AdditionalIcons}"; Flags: unchecked [Files] Source: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Inno Setup 6\Examples\MyProg.exe"; DestDir: "{app}"; Flags: ignoreversion ; NOTE: Don't use "Flags: ignoreversion" on any shared system files [Icons] Name: "{group}\{#MyAppName}"; Filename: "{app}\{#MyAppExeName}" Name: "{commondesktop}\{#MyAppName}"; Filename: "{app}\{#MyAppExeName}"; Tasks: desktopicon [Run] Filename: "{app}\{#MyAppExeName}"; Description: "{cm:LaunchProgram,{#StringChange(MyAppName, '&', '&&')}}"; Flags: nowait postinstall skipifsilent
multi-architecture code 32 bit + 64 bit

it is very annoying to have 2 different installers and it leads to confusion it is better to have a multi-architecture installer
if you need you can help yourself with Inno Script Studio
https://www.kymoto.org/products/inno-script-studio
which allows you to modify and customize the Inno Setup installation scripts more easily
Thanks for the info! I agree that a single installer would be much better. I’ll see if I can merge them.
