I am running Windows 10 with TigerVNC as a service. Sometimes it works great, but other times it'll stop responding to keyboard/mouse input while still sending good video.
If I use a physical keyboard or mouse attached to the machine, it still responds fine.
I have tested the behaviour using Apple's Screen Sharing, TigerVNC on MacOS and Windows 10, and Mocha VNC.
What trouble shooting steps might you try first?
