Sorry for the later reply. I did not get a notification. Will have to check settings.

Yotpo adds its reviews via JavaScript. The plugin then alters their code also via JavaScript.

The SDTT does not execute JavaScript so will not pick up the our structured data. However, Googlebot does execute JavaScript and will see it.

If you want to test via the SDTT you need to paste in the rendered html from your browser's developer tools. This is how to do it in chrome:

A few days after Google has crawled and processed, then you can see if it works in your Google Search Consoles Structured Data report.

A site: search on the URL your testing should then show the rich snippets (or even before you see it in the GSC).

Then you have to pass some extra quality and trust checks before they show in the real world.
