[FEATURE] change naming folder GC to gamecube #36

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. A clear and concise description of what the problem is. Ex. I'm always frustrated when [...] for different retrogaming operating system the nintendo gamecube system folder is named gamecube and not gc. found in roms/gamecube

Describe the solution you'd like A clear and concise description of what you want to happen. Is it possible to change the name "gc" in the /assets/collections folder to "gamecube" Thanks

the official pegasus naming scheme recommends gc as a common plattform name. usually i stick to this one so so that there are no problems for the user when changing the theme https://pegasus-frontend.org/docs/user-guide/meta-files/#metadata
