Crazy rotation due to off-centre mass/thrust #1

My maths on centring the CoM is either off, or I've stuffed my thrust centralization somehow. Adding a 5degree gimbal to the SRBs is insufficient to balance, but the SRBs aren't positioned well for use of gimbal. Suspect CoM is off due to the re-entry attack angles tend to be what I'd expect from bad CoM. CoM shows pretty close to centre in VAB view.

CoM is offset by the fraction of the Kapsule's mass that isn't dry mass, and ratios fo distances etc. IE: I forgot the mass of the Pod is not the dry mass given in the config.

Mostly fixed by making the CoM adjustment part of the heat shield rather than the Pod. Unfortunately, this will cause issues if more ablator is added than the default amount.
