Put all view names in a single place #61

All view names should be final static Strings in a single class or
interface, perhaps org.cleartk.ViewNames. This would provide a single place
where all of these would be documented.

This would have the benefit that, for example, both TreebankGoldAnnotator,
PropbankGoldReader could refer to the same place for the "TreebankView"
constant they currently hard-code separately.
