resources folder should only contain run-time resources #75

The resources folder now contains eclipse launch files. This is not an 
appropriate place to keep 
them, considering that the content of that folder is copied into the build 
directory, and it should be 
used to hold files that need to be available on the classpath at run-time.

We should move the resources/launch directory somewhere else.
