Check.bat not listing anything leading to proxoid not workiing although ADB Interface driver is working.

Phone: Motorola Droid 2.1
OS: Windows 7 64-bit

I have done everything as said in instructions up to the point of locating the 
driver.  It would not recognize the provided driver from proxoid in the pack.  
I then went to Motorola's website and downloaded and installed the driver for 
the phone there.

Now, the phone IS recognized in device manager as Mot Composite ADB Interface.

I have checked that the phone is in USB debug mode and it is.

When I run check.bat NOTHING is listed under List of Devices Attached.  How can 
I correct this problem?

Just to check, I went ahead with the proceeding steps (correctly) but browser 
says that proxy is not working properly.

-I have same issue but with : ANDROID ARIES (ADR6200,firmware 2.1) and WINDOWS 
VISTA home premium service pack 2)
-Followed all the steps and finally got all the drivers installed and phone 
settings correctly

ISSUE:
check.bat will not see anything. (attached device manager screen and check.bat 
screen)

Please Help.
