Refactor NetCDF4ConverterEngine components #13

Update the components of a NetCDF4ConverterEngine:

Refactor:

Update NetCDFDimensionConverter to be subclass of SharedDim
Update NetCDFVariableConverter to be a subclass of AttrCreator
Update NetCDFArrayConverter to be a subclass of ArrayCreator
Clean-up __repr__ method for NetCDF4ConverterEngine

Features:

Add new methods add_ncvar_to_attr_converter and add_ncvar_to_dim_converter to the NetCDF4Converter Engine.
