Updates Dataspace Convention to 0.3.0.
- Replaces group-level metadata array with group metadata.
- Removes dataspace names.
- Removes requirement attribute are unique.
- Redefines Simple CF Dataspace.
Removes function dataspace_name.
Removes constants INDEX_SUFFIX and DATA_SUFFIX.
