This appears to be the same known error (fatal error: 'query_channel.h' file not found) from upstream dev libtiledb that is also causing the TileDB-MariaDB nightlies to fail https://github.com/TileDB-Inc/TileDB-MariaDB/issues/281#issuecomment-1773748678
