Migrate docu from *.doc #44

*.doc is troublesome for those without Word. Changes are harder to track.

Solutions: 1 github wiki 2 github io-pages

  1. easy editing, straightforward access
  2. version control, option to download the markdown document as a substitute for an offline docu

--> option 2 preferred, assign to SHK
