Replacing the documentation for options.region removed earlier in b92dd4d9899cb76e7a29358a0f4ed8f87519119b.

Please do add this, had a real pain as I use the eu-west-1 region and I couldn't deploy and wasn't aware I needed this option as I assumed the ARN would be enough.
