Distributions

Architecture

[x] dist_delay() for the estimation of any delay distribution
[x] mcs_delay() for adjusting the handling censored items by delays (supports multiple delays and different distributions for every delay)
[x] reworking dist_mileage
[x] reworking mcs_mileage

Output mcs_mileage: Since in reliability_data() lifetime characteristic is x, mileage must be set to x.
