Make sure output file is put in a consistent location #52

When the default name is left in CLI the output file is put where the .jar is, when given a specific name is given output is put where the data is housed

I think that is correct. If you want to put it where the data is housed you should go ./data/wahtever/name

This issue was resolved with the code cleanup
