the latest is 3.2.2 (Aug 19, 2013) so editing smart.json is always necessary to pull the bootstrap-3 compatible version

I've opened a PR to update this to 4.2.0 (#12) and I hope this will get tagged and released as well.

4.2.0 is out on Atmosphere. Please open an issue if you have any other problems.
