Update to version 4 #6

It would be really useful if this could be merged with https://github.com/sacketty/meteor-bootboxjs so that it has the latest version.

I've created a PR to update this to 4.2.0 (#12). This is the latest version. Please release it!

4.2.0 is merged and released on Atmosphere. Please open an issue if you have any other questions.
