contact_phone in rentals table has hyphens....this causes display bug on full-page listing

It seems to be anything other than just 10 digits (also spaces) that causes this bug.

All current rentals work, but need to prevent this in the future.

Evan - I think this is on you to not save the hyphens when you send to backend.
