Dashboard scrolls up and down #64

Yes it does, There is a lot of pixel perfect css code in the Dashboard. When I was styling it I was going off the Jason's psd and the height he had. All the content on the page fits on a 13" macbook screen which is 1440x900px. If the window is not tall enough. Then we will have to scroll to be able to show all the content. I can however remove some of the excess space from the bottom of the page so it won't scroll as easily

I think we can reduce the height of the box where the messages appear. Also, the header needs to be pinned to the top of the page so it doesn't move when you scroll

Yea maybe do it dynamically then? It's especially annoying when scrolling in the post modal and having the background dashboard move up and down.
