wrong warning level displayed #13

When level is set to warning both in .vale settings and in a style.yml, Atom doesn't show its severity as such, but as error. This mismatch doesn't happen in terminal, so I assume it is not an issue with Vale, but with this otherwise great package.

@jsmm I can't reproduce the issue, could your provide a minimal, complete and verifiable example? Or just point me to the repo where you've discovered the problem.
