Modified setup.py to install pyenchant as well. Expanded README so that it is clear the German language support needs to be installed. Also added prerequisites for OS X .

Thanks for the contribution :-) Can you make your additions OS-independent and rather point to the enchant/myspell documentation or other relevant sources?
