[Performance] Add benchmarks to get baseline for future perf works

The goal is to have something that we can rely on while working on perf optimizations. Thus, this has to be done first before other changes

In case you want to use a Data visualisation for the benchmarks . I have seem people use https://fslab.org/XPlot//chart/plotly-bar-charts.html as way to make the result more easy to read :)
