Automate pack & push of packages to GitHub Packages on commit to main #41

This PR adds Pack & Push to GitHub Packages of Fabulous, Fabulous.XamarinForms and templates when a new commit is pushed on master. Also had to create 2 YAML files instead of only 1 because GitHub Actions is buggy and always ignores conditions

The packages are versioned with 2.0.0-nightly-[GITHUB_RUN_ID] You can find them here: https://github.com/TimLariviere?tab=packages&repo_name=Fabulous-new
