Ended up not being small changes to widgets. Instead, a restructuring of both the GUI and functionality of Utilities and Rescale. Now user has a much cleaner interface and perhaps most importantly, now uses the more intuitive selection of layers for saving/scaling/etc, rather than a combo/select box on the right side of the screen. This should help prevent many errors. Updated tests to compensate, but note lack of tests encapsulating ImageUtilities.
