Closes #12

Created setThumbHorizontalOffset function which can be used to manually move thumb according to UIPageController scroll
Changed frameForSegmentAtIndex function in order to solve misplacement issue when more that three segments exist

Hi @ppamorim!

Nope! Not at this time. Like I mentioned above, it looked like it was introducing some regressions, and I wasn't sure what it should be doing. 😅

@TimOliver Maybe open a new PR with the final solution since this seems to be abandoned?
